Hi! I’m Troy Ismir, a TPI Certified Level 2 Golf Fitness Professional and Holden Qi Gong Certified Instructor.

As an avid golfer myself, I understand the passionate desire to play our best golf and that blissful feeling we experience when we hit that perfect shot. 

The possibility that I  see is that we can accomplish our dreams if we are inspired to put in the effort on and off the golf course realizing our greatness within. This is what I call MASTERFUL GOLF

I have a passion for the game of golf and a unique skill set having a deep understanding of Western golf fitness biomechanics and Eastern ancient bioenergetic practices.

My purpose is to help you realize your own greatness within attaining Self-mastery on and off the golf course. 

I will not only train you to have an efficient and powerful body, even more importantly I will guide you in the process of having a deeper understanding of how to master your mind and master your heart so you can play MASTERFUL GOLF.

The TPI golf screen assesses your mobility, stability, strength and power and identifies if your body is effecting your golf swing and if swing compensations are being made based on faulty movements and poor mobility.  You will learn how to move your body efficiently and powerfully as it relates to your golf swing. Master Your Mind 

Free your mind from overthinking and overanalyzing by learning how to slow down your brain waves.  You will learn how to control your mind and not let your mind control you.  Mindfulness training will help your concentration by having better focus and a calmer mind when the pressure is on. One of the keys to playing our best golf is to play each shot with a free mind, fully aware in the present moment. 


Master Your Heart

Calm your heart playing your best under the most intense pressure. You will learn breathing techniques that will slow your breathing down so you can play centered and grounded maintaining your focus when it counts the most. One of the keys to playing our best golf is to play each shot with a calm heart, centered and balanced.  


Master Your Energy

Qi Gong is a form of inner martial arts developed by the Chinese that aligns breath, movement and awareness. The practice has been around for over 4000 years.  Qi means energy and Gong means skill. It’s the skill of working with energy.  From this ancient practice you will learn how to sustain your energy for all 18 holes. The key to playing our best golf is to play with sustainable focused energy in the flow state by finding stillness in motion.
